Please be aware that we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations are to be made via Ec Pro.
Sessions cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the sessions start time will be credited to your Ec Pro account for future use. If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the session start time, we do not credit for.
Please note any deposits, once paid, are non creditable or refundable.
We do not refund to bank accounts or back to your card, a credit is made to your Ec Pro account and will be accessible to you for future use. There is no time limit on using this credit.
EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.
Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Little Margate Equestrian is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
